Russian Russian Language Center of YSMU offers Russian language training for foreign citizens in the following courses

1. Group classes for foreign citizens who speak Russian from the elementary level (A1-C1). You will learn more than 1,500 words of the active vocabulary, the basic structures of the Russian language.

●        Distance and full-time education

●        Duration: 9 months, 2 times a week, 2 academic hours

●        The start time of classes is determined as groups are recruited.

●        The course examines the basics of phonetic, grammatical, and lexical structure of the Russian language; special attention is paid to the basics of speech behavior in the most typical situations of educational, professional, everyday, domestic, and socio-cultural communication.

●        Upon completion of each level, you will receive a certificate certifying your proficiency in the Russian language.

The tuition fee will be 65,000 rubles.

2. Group classes. Russian for everyday communication. You will learn the basic grammatical forms of the Russian language, more than 1,000 words of the active vocabulary, the case and verb system.

●        Duration 3 months, 2 times a week for 2 academic hours

●        Distance and full-time education

●        Class start time as groups are recruited

●        After completing the course, you will have all the necessary skills for oral and written texts, reading adapted and unadapted texts according to your language proficiency. You will possess the skills of monologue and dialogic speech, as well as have a vocabulary sufficient to express social intentions.

●        As a result of the course, you will receive a certificate certifying your proficiency in the Russian language.

The tuition fee will be 15,000 rubles.

3. Group classes for international high school students. You will learn the case and verb system, master all types of speech activity according to the level of language proficiency.

●        Duration: 8 months, 2 academic hours, 2 times a week

●        The start time of classes is determined as groups are recruited

●        Distance and full-time education

●        After completing the course, you will be able to express social and everyday intentions, communicate with native speakers in standard situations, read adapted texts without a dictionary, and create oral and written texts.

●        Upon completion of each level, you will receive a certificate certifying your proficiency in the Russian language.

The tuition fee will be 59,800 rubles.
